Please take note of the safety procedures we have out in place before you visit:

Make the most out of your Aquarium visit – here are our recommended must-do activities.

Explore our exhibits

Immerse yourself in the wonders of the ocean. Visit our exhibits and learn about marine life.

Catch a feeding show

In order to encourage physical distancing and discourage gatherings at the Aquarium during the Covid-19 pandemic, our feeding presentations are temporarily suspended. You may still see our divers in the exhibits from time to time

Have a Penguin Experience

Our interactive Penguin Experience is temporarily unavailable due to precautions in line with the latest Covid-19 regulations.

Look closer, feel closer

"Sea" life under the microscope! Check out our interactive exhibit that reveals the world of the very, very small. Also nearby is the Touch Pool, where you can pick up, touch and feel a variety of marine animals and plants.

Take a dive

Diving in the Aquarium offers the unique opportunity to get close to exotic and exciting sealife - ragged-tooth sharks, stingrays, yellowtails, kob and more!

Play the day away

The I&J Children's Play Centre  is temporarily closed due to precautions in line with the latest Covid-19 regulations. Our Puppet Shows will continue in the Auditorium, which allows for more space and effective crowd control.

Grab a bite to eat

Please note: In order to promote visitor safety at this time, snack and beverage kiosks inside the Aquarium will be temporarily closed. Should you choose to leave the Aquarium to eat at Bootlegger or another outlet in the V&A Waterfront, you will be able to reenter the Aquarium later on the same day - please let the staff at the exit know that you intend to reenter so that you can be given the correct reentry tag.
