I have lost my confirmation email and my reference code! Can you help?

Yes, we can.

Please email us before visiting the Aquarium and include the following information: 

  • Name of purchaser (ie, the name that was used when purchasing the ticket(s))
  • Date of purchase.
  • The last four (4) digits of the credit card that was used for the purchase.

We will be able to send you the transaction's reference code via email.

Once you have received your reference code from us, visit the home page of the Aquarium's e-ticket shop and enter the code in the space provided. You will then be able to print out your tickets again. Take these to the Aquarium and enjoy!
