Join us for a festive family camp out in front of the I&J Ocean Exhibit! Two Oceans Aquarium members will agree that this is our best event by far – the annual Festive Celebrations Family Sleepover is a night filled with special marine merriment, which serves to ring out the year that was and ring in a joyful festive season that’s bound to be filled with family, friends … and fish!

Please note, this event is only open to members with valid annual passes. Not a member? You can become one today!

Experience marine merriment with nature's ultimate night-light.

This year, our holiday sleepover is happening on 15 December  – capacity is limited so secure your booking today to avoid disappointment. Please note, this event is only open to members with valid annual passes.

Scuba Clause and the Aquarium Elves are here to delight children of all ages.

Fun & games

The evening will start with a festive arrival drink while your children will be delighted by festive crafts, all-evening entertainment and will be making their own boardgames. Bring your child's gift to hide under Scuba Claus' tree - but remember to put their name on it!

Ho ho ho!

Soon after, Scuba Claus will pop out from an unexpected place, signalling the beginning of the highly anticipated gift handouts (remember to bring along presents for your kids). Once all that excitement is over, we’ll settle down to enjoy popcorn and a cup of hot chocolate.

Then, when the yawns start to appear, we’ll crawl into our sleeping bags and drift off to dreamland, while all the other amazing animals in the exhibit, keep a watchful eye over us. Dream of a magical underwater wonderland and when the sunlight starts to trickle through the water, rise and shine to meet the new day ... A yummy breakfast will be ready for you to enjoy while watching the fish swim past.
