The Two Oceans Aquarium is looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in short-term casual employment to join our vibrant Children's Play Centre team.
This opportunity is ideal for reliable and committed individuals who would like to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with a strong emphasis on Early Childhood Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting children with arts and crafts and other activities
- Preparing arts and crafts materials
- Presenting & performing puppet shows (training will be provided)
- Interacting with visitors, parents, and children in the Children's Play Centre
- Assist with ECD school groups
Requirements:
- Experience in working with young children
- Preference will be given to applicants who have a keen interest and experience in the performing arts
- Fluency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
- Must be a South African citizen
