The Two Oceans Aquarium is seeking individuals interested in short-term casual employment to support daily visitor-facing operations.
We are looking for reliable, trustworthy, and diligent individuals who would like to gain experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Successful candidates must be visitor-centric and willing to assist with a variety of front-of-house operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors
- Assist with queue management
- Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas
- Engage with visitors throughout the Aquarium
- Perform general duties related to visitor-facing operations
Skills and Attributes
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency in English
- Reliable attendance to fulfil shift requirements
- Friendly, confident, and engaging personality
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 17 and 25 years
- Available to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods
