Young Biologist Course
Due to the success of our annual De Beers sponsored Young Biologist programme, taking place during the September/October holidays, we will be running two YB courses in 2013!
These free courses will be aimed at Grade 10 and 11 learners who are passionate about the marine environment and committed to making a change. The Grade 11 course will take place on 1-7 April 2013 and the Grade 10 course will take place on 23-29 September 2013. Like last year's September programme, the applicants will spend four days at the Two Oceans Aquarium after which the group spends three days at a camp. Upon the completion of the programme the learners are required to commit to at least 30 volunteer hours at the Two Oceans Aquarium.
Junior Biologist Course
Our education centre will also be running several Junior Biologist programmes, sponsored by the Two Oceans Aquarium, throughout the year. These programmes are aimed at budding marine biologists in Grade 6 and 7, who have a keen interest in animals, the marine environment, and conservation issues.

Smart Living Junior Biologist programme (Grade 7s) – 4, 11 and 18 May 2013
Endangered Animals Junior Biologist programme (Grade 7s) – 24 and 31 August and 7 September 2013
