Our Valentine’s with a Difference event sold out in record time this year – the support has been amazing and the Two Oceans Aquarium’s events team can’t wait to host all the couples on what is sure to be one of their most romantic nights yet. Yes, the bad news is that Valentine’s with a Difference is sold out. The good news is that we have one Valentine’s table for two to give away this month.

Terms and conditions

  1. You can win one table for two at our Valentine’s with a Difference event worth R750.
  2. Only entries of 30 words or less will be considered.
  3. Entries for this competition close at 16h00 on 9 February 2012.
  4. The winner will be chosen through random draw and will be notified by the Two Oceans Aquarium by no later than 10h00 on 10 February 2012.
  5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The prize is not transferable.

The Two Oceans Aquarium is once again opening its doors to the romantics, the in-loves, the love-you-forevers and the where-have-you-been-all-my-life to celebrate Valentine’s Day under the watchful eye of ragged-tooth sharks, a turtle called Yoshi and shoals of shimmering fish.

  • Please arrive at 19h00 for 19h30 on 14 February.
  • The admission price includes an arrival drink and a delicious three-course meal. 
  • A cash bar will be available.
  • Entertainment will be provided by a roaming violinist. 

Optional extra: Cruise on the Ocean Adventurer

We are offering 20 couples the chance to enjoy an early evening cruise – with complimentary glass of bubbly – on the Ocean Adventurer before your Valentine's dinner at the Two Oceans Aquarium. Ocean Adventurer is Cape Town's new eco-tour operating from the V&A Waterfront.

Tickets are available at an extra at R120 per person.

Guests should arrive at 17h50 to depart for the cruise at 18h00 and return to the Aquarium at 19h00.

Full refunds will be offered should the cruise be cancelled due to bad weather.

Pick up will be outside the Aquarium on North Wharf.
