Mario's Gelato is freshly produced daily and uses only free-range milk and natural, high-quality ingredients. No preservatives are added.
From the classic flavours of strawberry, hazelnut and vanilla to exotics such as café latte, choc-chilli and campari-orange, to name but a few, Icezeit Gelato is made using age-old Italian recipes and techniques from the four-time world champion gelato maker Umberto Mangini.
Mario's Gelateria opened its doors in South Africa in 2008 and focuses on its own gelatorias as well as servicing local restaurants mainly in Cape Town, but also in Johannesburg.
Mario's Gelateria is a liaison between Austria and Italy.
