Baby care
Nappy changing facilities are available. The Aquarium has a limited number of baby carriers available free of charge for your convenience. Please enquire at the Visitor Services desk.
Physically challenged
A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge. All exhibits are accessible to the physically challenged. Two parking bays are available for physically challenged visitors. Please enquire at the Visitor Services desk.
On-site photography
You can have your photo taken at the Two Oceans Aquarium by Kodak Tijan Media Concepts – our exclusive, on-site photography service. Kodak’s South African agents, Tijan Media Concepts, have been awarded a post at the Two Oceans Aquarium, located just outside the I&J Predator Exhibit. All photographs are printed on-site and presented in fabulous Two Oceans Aquarium frames.
Photography for birthday parties
Tijan extends Kodak's unsurpassed professional quality plus a free photographer for kiddies parties, providing the parties take place in Two Oceans Aquarium normal operating hours – on the basis that a minimum number of photographs, beautifully framed, are purchased. We'll drop in the birthday boy or girl's name.
Photography at your business function or private event
For private and corporate functions, Tijan offers photographers on-site at very reasonable rates offering tailor-made packages. All photographs are printed on-site and presented in beautiful Two Oceans Aquarium frames by the end of the event. Copies may be downloaded on CD and will be available for a further four days following the date of the function.
Discounts for Two Oceans Aquarium members
Kodak Tijan Media Concepts offers a 40% discount for members outside of school holidays and a 30% discount during school holidays.
Shop
After your visit, we recommend you browse for souvenirs and other marine-themed goods in the Aquarium Shop. It's situated off the Aquarium foyer and can only be accessed with an Aquarium ticket. The Shop is open from 09h30 to 18h00. Arrangements can be made for the Aquarium Shop to remain open for private events after hours.
