Thanks for making Navdi’s party memorable. Everything was perfect, the service superb. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. The highlight was the diver in the exhibit: Navdi still remembers her waving.

I’m so impressed by your friendly, helpful staff. Visiting the Aquarium is such a treat for my 17-month-old daughter, not to mention me. Buying an annual pass was the best thing we could ever have done. Thank you!

Good morning. Just wanted to say you guys are doing such a great job at marketing the Aquarium. Just one very sad thing for me is that I don’t come as often any more because of the quality of the food at the Shoreline Cafe. It is smothered in oil and FULL of sugar. So bad for our kids. Please could you get them to look at healthier and tastier options for their menu! And then we will do our weekly visit to visit the fish and have some lunch. Would be so happy if something is done about it.

(Two Oceans Aquarium responds: Dear Michele.

We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at Shoreline Café, especially as we have tried to include some wholesome options on our kids’ menu and offer a choice of chips, cucumber sticks or tomato to accompany the main meal. Would it be possible for you to give us details of the meals you have ordered and we can then do a more thorough investigation? We always strive to deliver a quality product at Shoreline Café and one customer complaint is one too many! Please email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we’ll continue from there.)

Good day everyone. This is a great idea and I think you will have a lot of response from it. Just wished I lived closer or, should I say, still in Souh Africa. Keep up the great work. Hope to visit some time this year. Greetings from the Isle Of Man.

Recently I visited the Two Oceans Aquarium with my two daughters. It’s not the first time I visited the Aquarium, but the tenth! I never miss a visit when I’m in Cape Town. My kids are really, really amazed and they are fascinated by the shark. The staff were very helpful and kind to us. Wish you all the best for 2011 and the years to come. God bless you. Greetings from Mauritius Island.

The renewal process was so effortless and smooth. Staff were eager to answer my questions; they are friendly and professional. The joy on my two-year old son’s face made the visit wonderful. It was his first time to the Aquarium and he was still talking about the “fishies” days later.

I renewed my membership about two months ago and as we have a three-year-old it has one again proved a fantastic investment! The renewal process was efficient. We had a fantastic time at the aSCAREium event. We actually visited the Aquarium this afternoon at approximately 14h00. We got to see the feeding of the turtles and rays and to make a toilet roll decoration for the tree. The touch pool was great too, we always spot something different and the hermit crab in with the Nemos was a hit! We just love coming to the Aquarium.

I have two young kids so we use our cards extensively, visiting the Aquarium on average twice a month. The staff are always super-friendly, especially at the AfriSam Children’s Centre. A visit to the craft table and the puppet show are absolute musts! Thanks for such a kid-friendly, all-weather destination.
