The very first aSCAREium family sleepover is open to the public!
By Ingrid Sinclair / 30 September 2010
On 30 October, we’re pulling out all the stops for the first aSCAREium event, a fun, informative and most certainly sensational evening. With creepy critters and mad scientists, our itinerary line-up is full of tricks and treats – not least of all the family sleepover.
Sleepovers at the Aquarium are usually reserved for our Solemate members, but this special event was too good not to share with the general public.
Open to families with children of all ages, the sleepover – which starts at 20h00 after the day’s aSCAREium activities – will consist of an arts ‘n crafts session, a kid-friendly film screening and a delicious buffet breakfast at Shoreline Café the next morning.
The cost for the sleepover is R270 per adult and R160 per child. Booking is essential – but hurry, because demand is high!
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your booking or contact the Aquarium on 021 418 3823. You can’t book for this sleepover online.
The sleepover price includes access to the compelling aSCAREium activities, which are running from 17h30 to 20h00 at the Aquarium on 30 October.
Remember to bring your own supper, bedding (sleeping bags, mattresses if required, pillows, blankets etc), snacks, a change of clothes and toiletries to the sleepover. Please keep in mind that there are no shower facilities at the Aquarium.
