Let your animals meet ours at the Aquarium’s aSCAREium!
1 October 2012
Tickets for the 2012 aSCAREium are sold out.
Tap into your ghoulish self and enjoy an evening of spooktacular fun at the Two Oceans Aquarium’s aSCAREium on Saturday, 27 October 2012.
Let your imagination and creativity run wild and dress as either the scariest ghost, witch, monster or bloodsucking vampire, a crime-busting superhero, a powerful wizard — or you can use the ocean as a source of inspiration and come as a mermaid, sea princess or prince. It’s your choice, but beware … you’ll have loads of fun.
From 19h00 until 22h00, families can enjoy funtabulous games and creative arts and crafts, including face-painting and magic shows, while discovering some of the bright and beautiful and dark and mysterious creatures of the deep that call the Aquarium their home.
Shoreline Café, the Aquarium’s in-house restaurant, will be on hand with an injection of delicious and sustainable meals until 20h00, after which the doors will open for the magical aSCAREium experience … enter at your peril!
And if the little monsters need a little more sustenance the Tuck Shop, in the AfriSam Children’s Play Centre, will offer snacks and treats until 22h00.
Come one, come all and let your little animals meet our animals and experience the Aquarium as never before. Space is limited, so bOOOk your tickets online. The aSCAREium will be open from 19h00 until 22h00, and will be loads of fun for children under the age of 13.
